Return & Refund Policy
Our website provides delivery for most of the items purchased. Depending on the distance from our pick up locations to your shipping addresses, the costs of delivery varies. You will find the delivery cost before you confirm to check out. You can also choose “Pick it up myself” option, our policy for this option is under Section 2.
As all our items are vintages/antiques, exchanges are not available.
Section 1 Deliver by us
We only deliver to areas in the City of Toronto, include Etobicoke, Rexdale, North York, and Scarborough. Our Average delivery time is 5 days after the day you order has been paid in full. The Shipping cost for furniture is $50 for every piece. The following table shows the price for shipping other items, except furniture:

We strongly recommend that you should check your item by the time of delivery. By signing on the shipping receipt, you confirm that you have inspected and accepted the items delivered to you.
Upon delivery of the items to you, if you find the items you have received are different from the descriptions from our Sellers, you can refuse to sign the delivery receipt and the items will be returned to us. You must file a claim for refund to us immediately by emailing at email@example.com, with reference of your purchase order.
We will investigate to determine who should be responsible for the discrepancy. Retrochicantique.com Inc. has the sole discretion of the investigation. If our Seller is responsible, you may get the full refund for this purchase.
Section 2 “Pick it up myself” option
If you choose to pick the items up by yourself, we will send the pickup location to your email. You must bring this email with you when you pick up the items. Before you leave the pickup location, please make sure you have inspected the items. By signing on the Pickup receipt, you confirm that you have inspected and accepted the items picked up by you.
Section 3 Worry-free Refund
Our refund eligible period is within 2 consecutive days after you received the items.
We issue refund when you return the items within the refund eligible period. No reasons asked!
To be eligible for a return, your item/items must be in the same condition that you received it.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, to request the return address. The item/items must be returned to the designated return address within 2 consecutive days after we send you the return address. We will credit to the original method of payment, as soon as possible, follow the procedure of Stripe. If you returned the item later than two days after you received the return address, your item/items will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
There is no refund for delivery cost.
We do not accept any refund request after 5 consecutive days of delivery/pick up.
